Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our herbal and organic wellness products. However, if you are not satisfied, our policy ensures fairness and transparency.

  • Returns are only accepted if:
    o The product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired.
    o You received the wrong product.
    o The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:
    o Opened or used consumables (teas, supplements, powders, etc.).
    o Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
    o Items purchased under clearance sale or final discount.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.
  3. Once verified, our team will arrange for return pick-up (if applicable).

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
